• We are coordinating with our laundry partners to institute & enforce strict hygienic protocols. This means regular sanitizing of employees & disinfecting of premises.
  
  
• We are monitoring all circulars issued by the government of Dubai, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) & World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we, and our partners, are complying with the prevailing guidelines.
  
  
• We have established a contactless feature to eliminate any physical and social interaction during pick-up & delivery. The guidelines for this feature are as follows:
  
  1. Select card as your payment method.
  
  2. Leave your order in a bag outside your door for the driver to pick-up.
  
  3. On delivery the driver will ring your bell and leave your order on the door.
